They've replaced three toilets, installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher, replaced faucets, cleared drains, and most recently completed a trap removal that involved digging a trench in the middle of a busy street and replacing the connection to a three-unit residential building. We had a dripping shower head/faucet and I could not remove the handles or stems from a classic compression faucet design because they were frozen up with years and years of hard water build up.  I was afraid I'd break something and have to open up the wall in our shower to repair.  Jose did a great job of getting the handles and stems out and replacing with a new set very quickly. Plumber Lupe arrived within 20 minutes, identified the problem, and explained what he would do, and what materials were needed, at every step.  When I thought we would be without water for a couple of days, Lupe was able to fix the problem in a few hours.  Verified After my installed toilet slipped its moorings, I called Eco-Flow Plumbing to have a plumber re-set my toilet.   Although it was a small job, Alejandra managed to slip me into their busy schedule.   Jose took about an hour to reset and secure my toilet.   It is now very firmly seated. Eco-Flow’s price was competitive.  They completed the work quickly and efficiently.  The owner was engaged throughout the project, and the employees were polite and professional.  They took care to minimize any messes and to restore everything to its previous condition.   They kept us and our tenants informed about service disruptions, which they held to a minimum.
We highly recommend Eco-Flow for major construction projects and routine home plumbing repairs.

I called around 5pm, and was told by a dispatcher that they would schedule me for 8am the next day. I needed the problem fixed before that - so I begged a little, pleaded severe consequence to my business, etc. The dispatcher said someone would call me. Within a minute the owner called, and after hearing my story said he would see what he could do and promised to call me by 7pm.15 minutes later (no exaggeration) the first truck pulled up. They had it cleared in half an hour, inspected with a camera soon after, and were gone by 7pm. Great service, left the area clean. Highly recommended.

We called again when he was 1/2 hour late to see if he was still coming. They still did not give us the window of time, but said he was on his way.

Jose whom they sent was amazing in his knowledge on how to proceed and was able to locate where the issue was in our pipe . We had to prep for him to be able to send a camara down. I have previously met Jose, today Dave came by for a minor issue ... all I can say is wow..I can't believe how knowledgeable and straitforward things are with the guys at  Ecoflow.  Dave fixed the minor issue, and, 'no charge'..who does that these days? Almost no one! Absolutely in keeping with my prior experiences in terms of work well done..today a little 'over the top' in terms of customer service. Jose came out and searched under the house,  and ended up having to replace the toilet due to it being old and the insects coming through the cracks. He communicated details, was thorough with his replacement, and left the space cleaner than when he arrived. I trusted that I was in good hands, and would recommend his work to anyone!  Verified Recently, the house across the street sold.  When I first saw the no parking signs which meant we had to move our cars off of the street I groaned,  BUT, the crew from Eco-Flow was wonderful!  They explained that City code requires a sewer clean out be installed upon sale of a home.  The crew was uniformly polite, explained the work, and kept us updated on their progress.  The nightmare I had anticipated never developed.  They were professional, friendly, worked hard, and finished early.

This year, Eco-Flow replaced my shower faucet. My old faucet/cylinder is no longer being manufactured, so this was a complex faucet change. They did a fantastic job.

Eco flow was able to come right out when we had a blocked sewage line  - amazingly it cleared itself - Kevin walked the property and the block actually - came up with a game plan and did not charge me anything!  Sure enough it struck again and they came out the same day I called - cleared the line with a lot of work and the used a camera where they found a huge root ball blocking the sewer line.  They were back a day later and replaced the whole section carefully replacing the lawn - did a great job cleaning up - hardly could tell they had been there! I called Eco-Flow and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. Kevin and Josh were able to find the problem quickly and get it taken care of within a couple of hours.  Verified Kevin and Josh from Eco-Flow were great! Courteous, wearing masks properly (for COVID-19 safety) and fast. They came out to snake a shower drain (worst task ever) that was draining slowly and a toilet that had started leaking at the base. Both jobs were tackled and completed in under an hour. Kevin walked me through what they were going to do beforehand, explained what they did when the work was completed, and had me "test" their work to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. 

I'm always nervous when calling someone for help around the house - you never know who will show up and how it will go.  The guys from Eco-Flow definitely make it easier for me to pick up the phone when I need some help.

 Verified I'm not much of a Yelp poster but definitely want to give a shout out to Kevin and Eco-Flow in general. Our kitchen sink had heavy leaking whenever we ran it, so it was unusable for the time being. 

First, I called and got a voicemail and decided to hang up and ask our property manager for a company that was available. Thankfully someone from Eco-Flow took the initiative to call back my number. They were able to schedule someone to be there in an hour.

Kevin came by sooner than expected, had a mask, was super friendly, listened to the problems I described and got straight to inspecting the issue. I was curious what was going on down below and he was kind enough to point out the problem and explain what he was doing. Kevin got it fixed in 5 minutes and then took the time to ensure that the problem wouldn't happen again, and gave advice about what to look for. 

5/5 would recommend, happy to have my sink back.

Luckily I had a chance to speak to Scott today who sent in the next hour his employee. Kevin showed up right on time and he assessed the problem really quickly in a very professional manner.

I have been using Eco-Flow for all of my rental properties routine, as well as emergency plumbing needs.  Over the past several years Eco-Flow Plumbing has replaced several hot water heaters, snaked main lines, replaced shower valves as well as fixed leaky toilets.  Verified Scott and his crew were very professional all the way. Lupe informed me of the procedure from start to finish of the lateral sewage repair. We had a major leak in our main coming to house on the hillside behind us - I spent several hours in the 100 degree heat trying to find the leak but finally gave up and called Eco-Flow. Showed up on time at 8am and the Plumber, Alex Vargas, found the leak and completed the repair in only an hour and half!

The technician came on time, and what impressed me the most is he listened to all my concerns. He was efficient and quick, and the price was affordable.  Verified Scott and crew did a very professional job replacing all my main sewer pipes. I thought the price was very fair for a crew of 4 -5 working for three days. Scott also informed me of the City of Santa Cruz rebate program which was an added plus. Eco-Flow will be my "go to" plumber. They really cleaned up the area after the job was done. Called 6-7 other plumbers with no one available.  Verified Lupe and Andreas came today to pull a softball sized clump of our 13 year old daughter's hair out of the drains in our hall bathroom. On it's own it was a successful and pleasant plumbing experience, but as we were chatting about the plumbing, I was struck by the fact that it had been years since we had to call Scott at Eco-Flow for help. 
Between 2004, when we bought our house and 2014, when we started using Eco-Flow, we were plumbing regulars. Every 6 months, drains would start to back up and we would need not just a drain cleared, but a major effort with power snakes at all of the clean out locations. We had been told that the solution was to replace all of our drain pipe, so that it actually sloped down hill. The quotes were all expensive and we were a young family struggling with the cost of home ownership in Santa Cruz, so we put it off and continued our close relationship with our plumber.
In 2014 our plumber went on vacation and while desperately trying to find someone to come right away (probably on the weekend) to fix our regularly clogged drains, we stumbled upon Eco-Flow plumbing. Scott was awesome, he fixed the drain and added his voice in favor of redoing the entire drain system under the house. Downhill slope is apparently a key plumbing principal, and our poorly sloped drains were not sitting well with Scott. The idea of clearing our drains every 6 months forever was unappealing enough to him that he gave us a very good quote for redoing the pipes and pushed us heavily to get it done.
Since Eco-Flow drain pipes were replaced in August of 2014, they have been out once for a minor clogged kitchen sink and today. Scott not only saved us money by pushing us to fix the drains, but has saved us the stress and missed work that having to repeatedly address clogged drains involves.
Scott's team is awesome. Lupe is incredibly competent with a huge amount of experience. He has been with Eco-Plumbing for years and was part of the team that fixed our upward sloping pipes. Andreas is new to the team with less than a month on the job, but a great addition to the team, very professional and friendly.

 Verified I had an inconvenient clogging issue in my sink and toilet right before a bunch of friends came over for holiday brunch.  I called about 10 plumbers (it was Sunday morning).  The only people who called back were Eco-flow.  They called back within an hour in fact.  I decided to have them come on Monday morning.  Tracey who set up the appointment was super friendly and set it up within a few minutes.  

Andreas and Lupe came by the house at their scheduled time.  They quickly diagnosed the situation and corrected it.  While giving me the cause for my issue (damn eggshells in the garbage disposal).  

Super thankful for courteous, friendly and knowledgeable service in town.

I originally found them through three other plumbers who were too busy and kept referring me until I found them and they came out right away. Each time it was for water leaks and they found the problems and fixed them immediately. They are extremely courteous, professional and meticulous in their work. I felt grateful each time.  Verified These guys are amazing. Initially, I used them to re-plumb the old galvanized lines in my house and run a new line from the street to the house.  It was a BIG job.  Being new to the area, I bid out the job to a bunch of plumbers and was impressed by Scott's responsiveness throughout the bidding process.  Eco-flow was also super detailed and recommended some solutions that no one else thought of.  I got on-demand water heater and motion sensing water pumps throughout the house. We also got a really great water filtration system.  The water tastes great.

Since then, I have come to count on Eco-flow for all my plumbing needs and beyond.  For instance, I had a problem with my clothes dryer duct and talked to a bunch of heating/cooling companies about solution - each company that came out suggested really over-complicated and expensive solutions (and my wife was NOT happy being without a dryer).  So, I had Eco-flow take a look and they implemented a solution same day.

 Verified I rarely review local businesses on Yelp but feel quite inclined to drop my two-cents here about Eco-Flow. We recently replaced our sewer line which was both an expensive and daunting task! After careful consideration, we chose Eco-Flow. They were both professional and affordable. They gave me a time line and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. They delivered without any issues and made the process easy. It was a large job and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Recently, I had a few "smaller" jobs and called to see if they could help. They did and once again, they were quick, easy to work with and affordable. I really appreciated working with them on a large job... and really appreciated the "no job too small" service I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eco-Service.  Verified These guys rock! I live in a rental unit with tricky plumbing and they have to come out about once a year to clear the kitchen line. Lupe came in, got out the big machine and snaked the pipe all the way through to the front house. This is the fastest and cleanest the kitchen drain has been in the 4 years we've been here. I got a few quotes but ultimately I used eco-flow plumbing to remove and install a new water heater in my home. Not only was Scott the best price but on top of installing the new water heater he removed all the old piping that was not being used. Anyone could of just left the old pipes as they were not visible but he freed up a lot of space for me by doing so. Best part of it he let me keep the old copper pipes he removed so I could recycle them. All around 5/5 service highly recommend if your looking for a great plumber.

 Verified I ran into Scott at the bank as he was getting into an Eco-Flow truck 4 years ago.  I have used Eco-Flow (Scott and Mike) for 6 small and tiny jobs since then and have always been so pleased that they 1. Show up. 2. Show up quickly when I needed them (not maybe two weeks from Next Tuesday), 3. Show up prepared to finish the work that day, 4. Communicate with excellence and let me know what I need and what I don't really need, and 5. Charge a reasonable price for two workers to do whatever is needed (picking up a new appliance at a store if needed, moving heavy things without damaging floors, etc.)

 Verified Scott at Ecoflow was recommended to me by my previous go-to plumber when he switched over to commercial plumbing.  I needed an upgrade for my kitchen sink faucet.  We were able to work out the details over e-mail and when his plumber came, he was ready to go and the reasonable price was set beforehand.  His plumber was in and out quickly with no muss or fuss.  Verified My main sewer line clogged late Thursday evening and I gave Eco-Flow plumbing a call.  I actually called after business hours and Scott answered!  I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next day.  Scott showed up right at 8:00 as promised and had my plumbing working well within the hour.  Eco-Flow plumbing saved me from what otherwise would have been a very dismal weekend.   I was impressed with his responsiveness and felt his pricing was fair.

 Verified We had a leaky gas line somewhere in our home that was discovered after termite tenting, we started with another company and when they were a no call/no show I was referred to Scott @ Eco Flow.  Within an hour he came to my home to assess and sent one of his plumbers over shortly after to begin work.  Scott was up front, thorough, easy to communicate with, and gave a detailed estimate.

We had what we thought to be a clogged toilet. Turns out after snaking the toilet and testing it, there is need for a new toilet. He even went so far as to explain this to our landlord. Very lucky to have found such a friendly local plumber!

 Verified Scott is AWESOME.  He responded at 6:30pm within 10 minutes and was at our house in 30 minutes.  We had a major toilet clog that we literally plunged for hours, we augured our toilet, and we even tried pumping it from the clean out.  Nothing.  He came with all the tools, had it fixed within 45 minutes (it was a bad clog far down the line) and was EXTREMELY patient with our 5 year daughter who asked no fewer than 100 questions while he fixed our problem and rubbed it in that she was having pizza and he wasn't.  There are also NO HIDDEN FEES here. Scott charges by the hour and there are no "show up fees".  Excellent service, highly recommend!

Pretty much ditto what everyone says: he's fast, efficient, honest, personable, fair, and knows his stuff. Our clogged drain turned out not to be a run-of-the-mill job--but Scott tried a variety of approaches and fairly quickly got us going.  Verified Nobody likes a plumbing surprise. Finding an honest plumber under duress is stressful. Wondering when or if the plumber will show up, how much they will overcharge, and will the unsightly "plumbers crack" ruin your already messy day is no fun. Well, worry no more. Eco Flow to the rescue! 

Thanks to Yelpers, we second all the fine compliments that have been bestowed on Scott and his service already. He answered his own phone when we called, arrived quickly (an hour later than promised-my only complaint, but still better than they next fastest who said they could be there by 3), got right to work figuring out the source of the problem and arrived with a crew the next morning to sort it out. The most impressive thing was he had us back "on line"  the same day. He also took the time to explain everything to me until I got it AND they left the driveway cleaner than they found it!

Make Scott a cup of coffee when he arrives. He likes milk and sugar. It will make him happy and you will feel good that there was something you could do (in addition to paying a hard working honest person a fair wage) to thank him.
